WESTERN CAPE

For the perfect picnic spots in Cape Town, head to Eagles Nest Winery in Constantia or Cape Point Vineyards in Noordhoek – here you can enjoy some of the most peaceful scenery and enjoy an afternoon of wine tasting at the same time.

West Coast National ParkIf you are on the hunt for a truly spectacular display of the iconic Namaqualand daisy, take a drive up the West Coast to Darling, Yzerfontein and the Postberg region of the West Coast National Park where a kaleidoscope of sprint-time colour awaits you.

Head to Durban Botanic Gardens, Africa’s oldest surviving botanic gardens, for a sublime picnic in the sunshine, or spend the day on the city’s golden shores at Ushaka or Umhlanga.
