Like a sports club, Flexi Holiday Club requires an annual Club Subscription to cover the annual operating expenses, for example accounting, admin, reservations, sending statements, guest certificates, communications and more.
Flexi Club Access members are charged a reduced Club Subscription which is included in their total monthly payment amount. Flexi Club Inspire, Explore and Elite members must pay this subscription upon joining the Club and thereafter, every January. The Club subscription is a fixed amount regardless of the number points of allocated points.
The Refurbishment Reserve is used to maintain the standards of the scheme accommodation owned by Flexi Holiday Club. The amount is based on an agreed percentage of a Member’s allocated Points.
Flexi Club Access members have the Refurbishment Reserve included in the total monthly payment. Flexi Holiday Club Inspire, Explore and Elite members must pay this Refurbishment Reserve upon joining the club and thereafter, invoiced every January annually.
The Holiday Contribution is used to pay the resort levies and cover the estimated annual costs of the accommodation. The amount is based on an agreed percentage of a Member’s Allocated Points. Once received , the Holiday Contribution is transferred to the members Holiday Savings accout and held as a credit.
Flexi Club Access members have the Holiday Contribution included in the total monthly payment. Flexi Holiday Club Inspire, Explore and Elite members must pay this Holiday Contribution upon joining the club and thereafter, every January.
Christel House Contribution:
As part of Flei Holiday Club’s social responsibility, R20 per year is added to a Member’s Annual Fees and paid over to Christel House, the club’s charity of choice. Christel House is a school for gifted children from disadvantaged communities, and is one of the only charities where 100% of the funds received is utilised entirely for its beneficiaries.
