The practically furnished apartments are equipped are beautifully decorated and overlook the warm Indian Ocean and palm fringed Marine Parade. The studio apartments offer a kitchenette, whilst all other units offer fully equipped kitchens with a microwave oven. A maximum of 2 people can be accommodated in the open-plan studio apartments, which have a double bed. The 1,2 and 3 bedroom units have double beds in the main rooms, 2 single beds in each of the other bedrooms (where applicable), and a sleeper couch in the lounge. The 3 bedroom unit is the penthouse suite.
The Palace boasts an onsite restaurant, Pesto, that offers a selection of delish dishes at reasonable prices. Before a day spent on the golden shores of KZN, try out the Pesto Breakfast which includes grilled steak, grilled tomato, mozzarella cheese, poached eggs and toast garnished with pesto. After a day at the beach, head back to Pesto for a relaxed afternoon, sipping a delicious cocktail and enjoying the spectacular view. Before heading out to enjoy the nightlife Durban offers, try out their speciality dish the Pesto Pasta (Delicious Pasta tossed in your choice of basil or sundried tomato pesto with Parmesan cheese.)
